I want to commend you all for your work with me and on your own in Africa, you all deserve honor and much respect.
Africa Wise Group LLC has had many ups and downs since its incorporation (march 2011) registered as an LLC in Delaware USA.
To update new members, clients, professionals as well as potential partners.
Africa Wise Group began as a research project in November of 2005 in South Africa and my main interest was to gauge the worlds feelings towards Africa and that covered more than 360 different industries in more than 185 countries.
Brief Summary Outline of Work Undertaken –
2005 – Research began with gathering Africa news from any source.
2006 – Research continued with World Bank – IMF – United Nations -ADB (Africa Development Bank) Federal Reserve NY, African Government Bodies across Africa.
2007 – Intelligence Analyzing of all countries doing business in Africa, we also worked with media
companies, magazines, journalists, Private and Public companies assisting in business development practices, ending poverty, assisting with solving terror groups influences and began our work with many smaller community projects and villages.
2008 – Began promoting individual professionals achievements across their respective industries of expertise and introduced many companies to grants, loans and world wide programs assisting Africa better herself.
2009 – Began AFRICA WISE GROUP May 25th 2009 in linkedin groups and sought out professionals all working towards the betterment of Africa.
2010 – Began the search for investors / angels / equity funds and venture capital firms who were
interested in investing in my Firm and Africa, we had some inquiries but nothing that was what
we were interested in going forward for business with USA-Africa based on our Mission
statements.
I decided to hand over all pertinent contacts carefully screened in a group that I built specifically from around the world who all worked as professionals in bettering Africa invited into my group on linkedin which was the original group called Africa Wise Group, I scanned through the group over the duration of the World Cup in SA in 2010 and found the most influential person who I felt would be able to provide the most business viable company to the professionals was a Mr Hubert Danso, who was at the time the editor for the NYSE listed news media company called AFRICA INVESTOR. I handed over ownership to Mr Danso free of charge and he became the proud owner of the strongest professional Africa Group of more than 421 professionals on linkedin at the time. Up to March 2011 Africa Wise Group’s work was conducted free of charge for all people/parties/private/public companies and government bodies involved with us.
2011 – Africa Wise Group LLC was registered in Delaware USA, as an LLC firm operation as an
international consulting firm. As the business became more recognized a few websites were
registered to offer Africa’s products and services to the world and USA’s -EU’s and UK’s
products and services to the Africa market.
2012 – Our business model was carved out based on investor interest and companies we felt have the right ethics to partner with us, this is in the are of Defense, Education, IT, Mobile Banking, Publishing and Telecom.
A: We are in discussions with three USG Defense contractors to take their products and services to the African continent and are searching out private investors who fit our business model.
B:We signed a contract with a US/CA/UK publisher to partner with for publishing new writers/authors work in fiction and non-fiction writing.
C:We have begun a sales team who are selling IT hardware and software products and services in the US to Government agencies and Public/Private companies.
D: We also partnered with a student exchange company to bring high school students from Africa, India and China to the US to study.
E: We are finalizing our moving forward in the Mobile Banking and Telecom markets out of South Africa in 2013 and will update as soon as we are operational.
Regarding our websites we are still discussing the best way forward based on working capital, as offices and staffing costs are more important at this stage, but we will have a better functioning site incorporating all company offerings, and password protected member access in 2013, we are not fully fixing a date but are shooting for sometime in the 1st quarter.
2013 – The planning and development of business with the USA-Africa is a complicated and ever changing model, the amount of resources, dedicated companies and professionals is the key to sustainable growth and democratic freedom for all.
Africa Wise Group LLC, is dedicated to bettering Africa in every way possible going forward. Every step taken in the eradication of terror/war/warlords/disease/poverty/corruption and unemployment is what sets AWG apart from any one single entity. AWG strives to combine the worlds leaders into one cubicle for Africa development and welcome world leaders in their respective fields of expertise and influence to join us moving forward in 2013.
Due to the nature of clients, partners and competitive avenues we are withholding the names of companies we work with at this stage of the business model as we are a start-up firm and stand apart from any other company in the world and strive to keep it that way.
We are open to supplying solid references to any credible firm who we feel would be a mutually beneficial partner with us and Africa’s betterment, we are open to fully disclosure once approved by our members.
